How much does coffee cart catering cost?+
Every event is custom-quoted based on guest count, service length, drink menu, and location. Share your details and we’ll send a tailored quote — usually within one business day.
How far do you travel?+
We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area — North Bay, East Bay, South Bay, and the Peninsula. Traveling a little further? Just ask.
How many guests can you serve?+
From intimate gatherings to 500+ guests. For larger events we can bring a second cart to keep the lines short.
What do you need from the venue?+
A flat 8×8 ft space and access to a standard power outlet. No running water required — we bring everything else.
How long does setup take?+
About 45–60 minutes to set up and 30 to break down. We arrive early so we’re pouring the moment your event begins.
Do you offer dairy-free and other options?+
Yes — oat, almond, and nonfat milk, plus alternative drinks like chai, matcha, hot chocolate, and teas.
Can you brand the cart and cups?+
Absolutely. Custom-branded cups and cart signage are available to make the experience feel unmistakably yours.
How do we book?+
Send a quote request with your event date and details. A signed agreement and deposit reserve your date.
