Founded by Nisha Bal in July 2024, Water Lily Coffee is a specialty coffee cart with a full espresso bar serving the San Francisco Bay Area. Rooted in mindfulness and the finest local ingredients, every cup is crafted to nourish body and soul — poured from fresh, locally roasted Big House Beans. Our name is inspired by the water lily’s symbolism of purity: just as it rises above murky waters to bloom, we create moments of clarity and joy in your day.
